Requirements
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor (minimum 1 year).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and a proactive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Must have a green card.
- Availability to work evening and night shifts if required.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple corporate locations.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures and quality standards are met.
- Perform regular quality inspections.
- Train new employees on procedures and product usage.
- Coordinate work schedules and provide coverage when staff is absent.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and the internal team.
