About The Position
Join Our Professional Cleaning Team!!! This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, seeking a Supervisor for Corporate office cleaning. The role involves supervising and coordinating cleaning staff across multiple corporate locations in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will ensure all cleaning procedures and quality standards are met, perform regular quality inspections, train new employees, coordinate work schedules, and maintain clear communication with clients and the internal team. A Green Card is an important requirement.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor (minimum 1 year).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and a proactive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Ability to lead work teams.
- Availability to work evening and night shifts if required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple corporate locations.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures and quality standards are met.

- Train new employees on procedures and product usage.
