Requirements

Previous hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience required
Positive, professional, dependable, and guest-focused personality
Able to bend, lift, push carts, and be on your feet for extended periods
High standards for cleanliness, efficiency, and safety
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and a friendly smile
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
Replace linens, refresh towels, and restock guest amenities
Report maintenance issues, room status, and Do Not Disturb situations to supervisors
Maintain the security of keys, carts, and supplies
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Return lost and found items to management promptly
Uphold a “can-do” attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Support overall hotel operations with other housekeeping tasks as needed
