About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Galleria at Roseville, you will support the management team in creating a positive customer experience and achieving business results. You will share responsibility for store operations and maintaining an appealing store, while creating an environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The role involves supporting sales and business growth, demonstrating product knowledge and selling and operational skills, building customer relationships and brand loyalty, maintaining merchandising and operational standards, and performing POS transactions. You may also perform supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to other store locations if needed. Physical tasks may include bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business is preferred.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Ability to travel occasionally to other store locations, if needed.

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.

• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Serve as a role model to team members for the customer experience.
• Support the management team in consistently meeting store merchandising and operational standards.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a great work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.
