About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Supervisor to join their store management team. This role contributes to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The ideal candidate will embrace originality and integrity, show empathy for customers and co-workers, demonstrate courage, and drive performance. This is a temporary, part-time position.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.).
Able to constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
Good with people and able to support, assist, and coach store associates to perform their work effectively.
Able to follow directives of store management.
Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership.
Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
Support, assist, and coach store associates to perform their work effectively.
Comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
Follow directives of store management.
Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
