About The Position

The Shoe Co. is looking for a Part-time Supervisor to assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. This role involves being a role model for service standards, coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales and web orders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and execute operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
• Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
• Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Open & closes the store proficiently.
