About The Position
This role is for a Supervisor at a Dunkin Donuts restaurant. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring all service and check control procedures are followed, maintaining a courteous and pleasant attitude towards guests, and ensuring sanitation compliance. They will supervise the performance of Food & Beverage service personnel, manage station rotations, and resolve guest complaints. The position also involves participating in training, providing excellent service and cleanliness, and maintaining all service standards. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
