We are currently seeking a Supervisor to lead and support our staff in delivering exceptional care. Position Summary: The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, provide leadership and guidance to staff, and ensure compliance with State regulations and standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong pediatric experience and a passion for mentoring teams.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to optimize patient care and workflow.
- Monitor patient flow and assist with clinical duties as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for clinical questions and problem-solving.
