Requirements

  • Flexible schedule
  • Sales experience and comprehension of the automotive industry
  • Basic computer operating knowledge
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Candidates must successfully complete all pre-employment screening processes.

Responsibilities

  • Determine customer needs and preferences, including budget and features of the desired vehicle.
  • Assist customers with test drives and explain characteristics and capabilities of the vehicles.
  • Introduce and negotiate competitive vehicle pricing, financing options, incentives, and other terms of the sales process.
  • Maintain a follow-up system after each deal that encourages repeat and referral business.
  • Submit, process, and complete customer vehicle sales documentation to the Finance and Insurance Producer.
  • Attend product and retail seminars as requested by the manufacturer.
  • Obtain weekly and monthly sales generation targets set by the dealership's Sales Management Team.
