About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Washington/Dulles International Airport. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with airport policies, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain safety standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an airport or transportation environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
Knowledge of airport operations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned staff to ensure efficient airport operations.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations, airport policies, and procedures.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
Prepare reports on team performance, incidents, and operational metrics.
