About The Position
As a Supervisor, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick-service industry, you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in growing into a Manager role in the future. Promotion will be considered based on performance, reliability, leadership, and business needs. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability required
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Nice To Haves
- Previous Tim Hortons, quick-service restaurant, food service, or supervisory experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests
- Follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
- Train, coach, and support a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons’ high standards of operation
- Promote a respectful team environment through open communication and understanding
- Support inventory, ordering, cleanliness, food safety, and daily restaurant operations
- Help resolve guest concerns in a professional and positive manner
