About The Position

SSP Canada has an exciting opportunity for an experienced food service professional with a passion for high-volume environments, a commitment to food safety, and strong leadership skills to join their team as a Tim Horton's General Manager in the dynamic setting of the Victoria International Airport. This role involves overseeing operations, ensuring quality and safety, controlling costs, leading the team, maintaining systems and standards, managing office tasks, and handling forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a coffee shop environment required
• Coffee Shop management
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Strong organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with executives and diverse teams
• Proven track record in conflict resolution
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be able to provide necessary government-issued documentation required for airport security clearance
