About The Position

The Supervisor supports the store leadership team and helps deliver a high-quality customer experience. Working in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Supervisor leads by example, coaches and develops associates, and supports operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. The role contributes to store profitability, an inclusive team culture, and overall store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position involves customer engagement and sales support, associate coaching and onboarding, daily store operations, stockroom and inventory work, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and participation in local community initiatives. The role requires standing and moving throughout the store for extended periods and performing physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The hiring range is $17.50–$24.00 USD per hour. The position may be eligible for additional compensation awards, such as an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential; specific eligibility details are provided during recruiting and interviewing. Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Skill in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
• Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet business expectations.
• Comfort using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring performance against key performance indicators and achieving individual goals.
• Model selling behaviors and promote a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to improve customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment follows brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning.
