About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety policies, executing transactions within the ERP system, and directing the workforce to achieve daily productivity goals. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and the capacity to follow instructions and direct employees. The work environment may involve exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures, and requires knowledge of Haz/Com regulations. Employees must follow safety standards and wear personal protective equipment. The job involves 100% standing/walking and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees adhere to the company safety policy.
• Execute transactions within the ERP system to support Shipping, Receiving, Production and Inventory Management activities.
• Direct workforce to ensure daily productivity goals are achieved.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of activities.
• Daily communication with Production Management/Human Resources regarding attendance.
• Daily communication with Operations Team to receive priorities and planned work.
• Training of new employees.
