About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety policies, managing daily productivity, and maintaining the quality and accuracy of all activities. The position involves direct communication with various departments, training new employees, and executing transactions within the ERP system.

Requirements

• Continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees adhere to the company safety policy.
• Execute transactions within the ERP system to support Shipping, Receiving, Production and Inventory Management activities.
• Direct workforce to ensure daily productivity goals are achieved.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of activities.
• Daily communication with Production Management/Human Resources regarding attendance.
• Daily communication with Operations Team to receive priorities and planned work.
• Training of new employees.
