Supervisor Warehouse Operations

Requirements
- Must be able to manage daily production goals, KPI management, and other projects as needed to meet customer commitments
- Must be able to provide (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) reports if applicable to direct manager
- Must be able to update and draft training material pertaining to production areas assigned
- Must be responsible for subordinate employees training, performance, resource utilization, developing, coaching, and disciplining
- Must ensure all employees adhere to EE policies such as attendance, conduct, TORs, etc
- Must be able to plan daily workload for employees based on KPI and production plans
- Must be able to manage employee adherence to job function process
- Must be able to conduct regular employee performance reviews, promotions, and demotions
- Must adhere to 5S Policy and Safety Procedures
- Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Must be able to maintain 100% quality to customer
- Must adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Responsibilities
