The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and team performance across fulfillment center operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or similar high-volume operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to directly supervise large hourly populations of 25 or more employees, with experience managing teams of up to 200.
  • Experience analyzing large amounts of operational data to develop and execute a course of action that improves productivity, quality, and reliability.
  • Proven experience managing full supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, performance appraisal, coaching, discipline, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience using warehouse management or other warehouse-based software systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present content effectively across business meetings, stand-up formations, and town hall settings.
  • Ability to influence peers and leaders across the organization to drive the right outcomes, with strong and proven influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leads all shift-level shipping, receiving, and order processing operations, overseeing a team of up to 200 employees while maintaining the highest standards for productivity, accuracy, and safety.
  • Develops frontline talent and Team Leads, driving continuous process improvements, and ensuring customer needs are met through disciplined, floor-level leadership.
  • Delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
  • Partners with Operations and Senior Management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements that drive departmental efficiency across the fulfillment center.
  • Collaborates with HR, workforce planning, and peer supervisors to ensure staffing levels align with forecasted volumes and operational demands.
  • Presents operational updates, performance results, and key initiatives across a variety of environments including business meetings, stand-up formations, and town hall meetings.
  • Directly supervises up to 200 fulfillment center employees, carrying out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws — including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary action.
  • Develops Team Leads and frontline employees by identifying individual strengths and growth opportunities, building next-level leadership capability within the team.
  • Trains, motivates, coaches, and rewards employees to drive engagement and achieve optimal performance results.
  • Leads with a customer-first mindset, ensuring that all shift-level operations are oriented toward meeting and exceeding customer expectations for accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
  • Maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy to ensure fans receive their orders as promised.
  • Reviews, prioritizes, and organizes all operational activities during the shift to minimize disruption and protect the fan experience.
  • Ensures time card approvals, vacation management, and daily and weekly overtime decisions are handled promptly to keep the floor fully staffed and customer commitments protected.
  • Develops and implements on-going process improvements to drive departmental efficiency, drawing on Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies where applicable.
  • Analyzes large amounts of operational data to identify trends, develop courses of action, and execute solutions that improve throughput, quality, and cost performance.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage technology for better outcomes.
  • Assists Operations and Senior Management with the development and rollout of new policies and procedures that position the fulfillment center for scalable growth.
  • Maintains high visibility and access to employees on the fulfillment center floor throughout the entire shift, modeling accountability and a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Maintains safety programs and all required safety training for the team, ensuring full compliance with safety guidelines at all times.
  • Performs all required administrative tasks including the preparation of reports and correspondence that support shift and departmental operations.
  • Influences peers and leaders across the organization to drive the right operational outcomes, demonstrating strong and proven cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Applies AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
  • Uses data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
