About The Position

As the Supervisor, Transportation Breakdown (Cox Fleet), you’ll be the driving force behind our Roadside team’s success. You will be responsible for ensuring operational performance, supporting employee development, motivating breakdown specialists, and maintaining high service standards across the call center.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field (Transportation, Call Center).
• Requires strong knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
• Degree in related discipline strongly desired

Responsibilities

• Guide your team to greatness in dispatch timeliness, phone metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Help team members grow with personalized development and motivation.
• Keep things compliant and clear with company procedures.
• Step in when needed to ensure top-notch event handling.
• Adjust schedules and juggle priorities like a scheduling ninja.
