As a Supervisor of Outpatient Services, you will provide expert leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of high-quality patient care within the operating room and related surgical areas.Every day you will expertly manage daily surgical schedules, lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, optimize workflow processes, and meticulously maintain sterile environments and compliance with all surgical standards and regulatory requirements.To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding clinical knowledge in surgical practice, strong leadership skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented demeanor, contributing significantly to positive surgical outcomes and excellent patient experiences

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years clinical nursing experience in an Operating Room, Outpatient setting as an OR, Outpatient, PreOp Nurse with at least 2 years in the clinical OR service
  • Experience with performance management and assisted with orientation of staff
  • Has experience investigating problems and provides solutions within the framework of best practice and nursing process
  • Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days

  • Previous OR charge or supervisory experience
