About The Position

This position involves leading the day-to-day operations and coordination of patient care services for the diagnostic imaging team. The role promotes staff continuing education and evidence-based practice, facilitates communication and collaboration among disciplines, and utilizes strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, train/mentor staff, and resolve patient concerns. The supervisor will also be able to perform procedures, moderate sedation, critical thinking, and manage the overall flow for the new Eastpark Medical Center radiology procedures. Additionally, the role requires being an effective member of the Radiology/Medical Imaging management team, fostering a customer/patient focused perspective and ensuring a strong commitment to organizational service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing Required
  • 2 years relevant nursing experience Required
  • Evidence of leadership experience Required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Required
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification Required
  • Current ACLS Certification Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Science in Nursing or relevant field Preferred
  • 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice Preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success Preferred

Responsibilities
