The Supervisor, SOC, position was created to provide growth opportunities to ExactCare Pharmacy Technicians that have mastered the start of care daily tasks and responsibilities. This individual will serve as the leader for the SOC team. They will work alongside the Manager, SOC to drive and support department efficiencies. In this role, the expectation is to act as a leader. This includes, but is not limited to, living by example and supporting company and department goals. As well, the Supervisor will demonstrate their ability drive results and achieve a consistent standard of work from the pharmacy team.

Requirements

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • No active performance management or corrective action
  • 2 year tenure with ExactCare Pharmacy with 6 months spent in current role
  • At least one year of Lead experience in Patient Care/Fulfillment

  • Previous management/leadership experience preferred; ability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable to standards, and team development

Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert with current end to end new patient processes including billing, actions, profile prep, doctor calls, and transfers
  • Creating, interpreting, monitoring of ECOS and sales force reports and following up (new patient starts, daily KPI’s, and individual technician performance)
  • Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules
  • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and engage with team members and direct reports
  • Ability to manage performance of team on a daily and weekly basis (attendance, KPI’s)
  • Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues
  • Other duties as assigned
