GRANT POSITION! The Supervisor-Social Work manages clinic flow and operations for the Resiliency Institute for Childhood Adversity (RICA). This position oversees the assessment of the whole person clinical and non-clinical needs of patients, coordination of care, provision of comprehensive services and case management, and consultation and advocacy as it relates to child abuse cases. Oversees the policies and procedures for social workers, community health workers, community outreach coordinators, and student interns and will provide clinical supervision to all assigned staff. The position will support the Child Protection Team (CPT) and the CPT Coordinator which provides support to hospital social workers and outside investigators, regarding cases with suspicion of child abuse. The supervisor will assist with grants as they relate to the RICA Pediatric Resiliency Clinic and assist with the vision and growth of the RICA team at LLU. Additionally, this position will offer back-up support to lead and facilitate monthly case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings and provide appropriate training for collaborative partners. Performs other duties as needed.
