Our evidence-based, culturally appropriate, trauma informed behavioral health services address the diverse needs of those we serve. The Supervisor/Sr. Accountant- Grants will be responsible for overseeing accountants in performing accurate and timely accounting tasks primarily related to the management of grants provided to FBH, which tasks include grant billing preparation, reporting, contract compliance, revenue and expense tracking, and other related efforts. These responsibilities include making general ledger entries to record grant activity, preparing general ledger reconciliations, monitoring grant activity, completing federal, state and local reporting, and preparing and tracking grant billing. This position is responsible for ensuring all transactions follow generally accepted accounting principles and single audit cost standards, creating and maintaining procedures, recommending policy and procedure updates to follow best practices, and complying with FASB and other regulatory and industry accounting standards. This role will oversee the assignment of tasks to achieve scheduled deadlines and perform regular performance evaluations.
