About The Position

The Supervisor, Sales Support leads a team of sales support specialists and oversees the processes and activities that support sales operations. The role is responsible for accurate and timely order processing, customer support, coordination with sales representatives, recordkeeping, reporting, and assistance with inventory management. It also identifies and implements process improvements and ensures that sales support activities comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales support or a related role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Proficiency in sales support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills to address customer issues and operational challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor sales support specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee order processing to ensure customer orders are accurate and fulfilled on time.
• Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to maintain communication and support throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
• Identify and implement improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of sales support.
• Prepare and present reports on sales support activities, order status, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
