The RN Supervisor will function as Lead Nurse for Community Health and Family Medicine. Develops and evaluates clinical staff (RN, LPN, MA, and CCA) and participates in the evaluation of clerical staff. Coordinates with department leadership in the development and initiation of clinic specific policies, protocols, and critical pathways. Will work in collaboration with other health care providers and ancillary services. Supervises clinical staff and maintains mandatory regulatory institutional policy and procedures under the direction of department leadership.
