About The Position

Join The Collective’s Registration Solutions team as a working supervisor who knows registration inside and out and loves helping a team do great work together. This role supports The Collective / Nike business in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment where collaboration, creativity, and high-touch client service matter every day. You’ll split your time between leading a team and managing your own programs, keeping service levels strong and projects moving smoothly. If you’re energized by solving problems, building team trust, and making complex registration work feel seamless, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

  • Experience managing online registration programs from setup through reporting
  • Proficiency in Cvent and Excel
  • Clear communication skills with clients, attendees, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Experience mentoring and training others
  • Ability to stay accountable to results

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large-scale programs, multi-hotel events, or projects with multiple registration managers and third-party suppliers
  • Onsite registration management experience and the ability to troubleshoot calmly in the moment
  • A background in hotel operations, meeting registration, meeting planning, or event logistics
  • Confidence presenting updates, statistics, and progress in internal and client-facing meetings
  • A bachelor’s degree, ideally in Hospitality, Event Planning, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Leading with a collaborative, team-first mindset in a creative, deadline-driven environment
  • Managing online registration programs from setup through reporting while keeping timelines, data, and attendee experiences on track
  • Using Cvent and Excel to handle complex registration details with accuracy and confidence
  • Communicating clearly with clients, attendees, suppliers, and internal teams, even when priorities shift quickly
  • Mentoring and training others, giving thoughtful feedback, and helping a team grow while staying accountable to results
  • Supporting large-scale programs, multi-hotel events, or projects with multiple registration managers and third-party suppliers
