Requirements
- 5+ years clinical MINIMUM
- Portables, General, OR, Trauma, ED
- Analytical, problem solving skills required
- H.S. Diploma, Certificate of Completion/Degree from an accredited Radiography program
- Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- Current Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Radiology) ARRT
Nice To Haves
- 2 Years leadership experience such as lead technologist or supervisor experience perfrered.
- B.S. preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare staffing plans, reviews and approves work schedules to ensure adequate staff coverage around the clock.
- Projects staffing needs, flex staff when needed to work within metrics; interviews and assistance with hiring the right employees to fill vacant positions; resolve staffing issues.
