About The Position
This position requires flexibility and the ability, and readiness to work beyond normal hours. It also requires the ability to adapt to change and handle ambiguity in work plan definition. The role involves preparing staffing plans, reviewing and approving work schedules to ensure adequate staff coverage around the clock. Responsibilities include projecting staffing needs, flexing staff when needed to work within metrics, interviewing and assisting with hiring employees to fill vacant positions, and resolving staffing issues.
Requirements
- Analytical, problem solving skills required
- Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- Current Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Radiology) ARRT
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years clinical MINIMUM PREFFERED
- 2 Years leadership experience such as lead technologist or supervisor experience perfrered
- B.S. preferred
