About The Position

The supervisor is responsible to develop, maintain, and improve service to its customers 24 hours a day. The supervisor must recruit, select, mentor, coach, develop, discipline, and maintain a staff that will provide this service. This should be done through ongoing self-improvement, the promotion of continuous improvement, and by being a change agent. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship / we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiography, ultrasound, or nuclear medicine program.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or attain within three years of hire.
• Five years of clinical radiology experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask.
• Thorough understanding of Mayo and Radiology policies and procedures.
• Registry in clinical radiology field.
