Requirements

2-5 years supervisor experience in a production or manufacturing setting required
Computer and communication skills required (Word, Excel, UKG)
This role requires strong communication skills both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

BA/BS degree in a manufacturing or production related field preferred

Responsibilities

Provide a safe working environment for employees by keeping department clean and organized
Ensure assembly is completed with the highest standard of quality
Ensure employees have proper tools and training to perform job
Identifies problems related to production process and provides production reports to assist process improvement
Monitors employee progress and assignments
Supervise employee use of tools to ensure that they are being handled safely
Supervises daily activities of production area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved
Lead daily shift huddle meeting and group leader meetings
Maintain daily/Weekly Operating Reports per the Management Operating System (MOS)
Evaluate, utilize, and maintain the Daily Schedule Control (DSC), and Weekly Operating Report (DWOR)
Performs periodic Process Reviews and employee Skills Flex evaluations, and other MOS functions as needed
Track employee time and attendance and monitor overtime
Adhere to organization values and safety requirements
