About The Position

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of goods. This role involves analyzing production documents, planning work schedules, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records of operations data. The supervisor is responsible for implementing measures to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality, as well as requesting necessary materials and services. Maintaining regular attendance, punctuality, and fostering cooperative relationships with colleagues are also key aspects of this position. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures is mandatory.

Requirements

A minimum of HS graduate/GED.
A minimum of 3 – 5 years industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong attention to quality detail and good decision-making.
Effective communication and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and directs production activities to ensure goods are manufactured efficiently.

Collaborates with other supervisors to coordinate operations between departments.
Maintains accurate records of operations data including employee time, production, and costs.
Prepares reports on shift performance for departmental supervisors.
Implements measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Requests materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services as needed.
Maintains regular attendance and be punctual for assigned shifts.
Fosters cooperative relationships with colleagues.
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
