About The Position
Provide leadership and strategic guidance to our product data management team with responsibility for availability, usability, and integrity of our product data as a trusted enterprise asset.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable
- 5+ years progressively responsible experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Governance and/or Data Stewardship
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years’ experience managing a diverse team
- Expert Level Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong understanding of product data lifecycle management
- Proven project management skills
- Process improvement mindset
- Creative, strategic thinker
- Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrate effectiveness in achieving results through understanding and management of internal customer relationships, prioritization, and delegation of tasks
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team of direct reports
- Responsible for effective product change management and the accuracy and integrity of managed data
- Establish and monitor department performance metrics
- Coordinate project priority for product data management team
- Effective management of team resource usage to identify and resolve conflicting project deliverables
- Ensure the right processes and tools are in place to meet business needs while complying with established standards
- Initiate, manage, and coordinate updates to product data management processes
- Lead department continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate the cleanup and restructuring of data in support of process optimization
- Train personnel on new or updated business systems and processes
- Thought leadership and strategic oversight surrounding new item creation, item merge/purge processes, and acquisition integration activities
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
