At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive and digital experiences for the Company’s vacation brands, Disney’s Parks and Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney! As Manager, Data Product Management you will lead a team of product managers that are responsible for imagining and delivering the data platforms and products that power the guest and cast magic across Disney Experiences. The role requires an exceptional leader with a blend of soft and technical skills to work with business partners across Disney Experiences’ diverse portfolio of theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, and other vacation experiences. You will be responsible for prioritizing intake and ensuring data roadmaps accelerate business value realization and align with the overall team vision, strategy, and OKRs. You’ll also play a key role in developing the product delivery lifecycle (PDLC) framework and processes, including coaching your team and owning a Disney-built intake application.
