About The Position
This is a working supervisor position responsible for overseeing the daily operations and clinical activities of the pharmacy department. The role involves responding to service deficiencies, participating in performance improvement efforts to enhance quality and reduce costs, and ensuring compliance with professional practice, licensure, accreditation, and regulatory standards. The supervisor must be extremely competent in all responsibilities of a clinical pharmacist and is accountable for supervising and evaluating staff, performing human resource tasks, and training staff on policies, procedures, standards, and competencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- 5 years experience as a staff Pharmacist
- Valid State of California Pharmacist License
Responsibilities
