The Supervisor, Payment Processing, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Payment Processing department, ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of member transactions and payment-related activities. This role provides leadership, coaching, and direction to assigned employees while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional member service. The Supervisor partners with departments across the credit union to resolve operational issues, improve workflow efficiency, and support organizational objectives. This position is responsible for monitoring departmental performance, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining operational documentation, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting employee development and engagement. The Supervisor, Payment Processing helps ensure a positive member experience, minimizes operational risk, and contributes to the achievement of the credit union’s strategic goals.
