About The Position

Accountable for the supervision and delegation of all aspects of daily departmental operations. Develops and implements an operational plan that includes staffing resources, policies and procedures, and quality improvement activities. Ensure timely, accurate and compliant registration and financial counseling of all patients. Assures that all staff adheres to Swedish's customer service standards. Assures that all staff is compliant with Organization and Department required competencies. Works with department Manager to resolve problems impacting the patient access revenue cycle. Requirements

4 years of experience in healthcare related registration, billing, and/or financial counseling

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree
Previous supervisory experience in a similar setting
