About The Position

Responsible for the overall management of Patient Access Services, including but not limited to obtaining patient demographic and financial information and payor compliance, on each assigned shift. Includes assigned management responsibilities for scheduling, employee evaluations and hiring and counseling of employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years in a hospital or other healthcare setting in the areas of admissions and/or billing, with an emphasis on payor compliance and customer service.
• In lieu of experience, up to two (2) years of advanced education in management may be substituted for experience.
