About The Position

As a Supervisor for Park Quality at Sesame Place, you will lead a team to deliver exemplary guest service, engage with guests, and maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the park. This role requires modeling a positive attitude, high energy, and an unyielding commitment to quality. The position is with United Parks & Resorts, a leader in the themed-park and entertainment industry, known for caring for animals and providing memorable experiences, and is committed to employee professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an awesome team in delivering an exemplary level of guest service, including engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park
  • Model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality
  • Interact with others in a positive, professional manner
  • Provide exemplary service and ensure Operations Standards are met including resolving guest concerns, investigating, and providing recommendations to correct reoccurring guest issues
  • Ensure all team members are providing the highest level of guest courtesy
  • Recognize and reward ambassadors who provide exemplary service
  • Interview and hire for leadership positions
  • Supervise, train and counsel ambassadors, and assistant supervisors while enforcing and complying safety procedures, guideline and park policies and procedures
  • Perform job duties of the positions you’re supervising
  • Enhance team performance by fostering a positive working atmosphere
  • Tracks labor to include daily scheduling and break management
  • Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures
  • Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) lifting and reporting unsafe situations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
