About The Position

As a Supervisor for Park Quality at Sesame Place, you will lead a team to deliver exemplary guest service, engage with guests, and maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the park. This role requires modeling a positive attitude, high energy, and an unyielding commitment to quality. Responsibilities

Lead an awesome team in delivering an exemplary level of guest service, including engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park
Model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality
Interact with others in a positive, professional manner
Provide exemplary service and ensure Operations Standards are met including resolving guest concerns, investigating, and providing recommendations to correct reoccurring guest issues
Ensure all team members are providing the highest level of guest courtesy
Recognize and reward ambassadors who provide exemplary service
Interview and hire for leadership positions
Supervise, train and counsel ambassadors, and assistant supervisors while enforcing and complying safety procedures, guideline and park policies and procedures
Perform job duties of the positions you’re supervising
Enhance team performance by fostering a positive working atmosphere
Tracks labor to include daily scheduling and break management
Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures
Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) lifting and reporting unsafe situations
Perform other duties as assigned
