PRS Auto is growing, and we are excited to welcome a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations to our close-knit team supporting operations at the rail-served vehicle distribution facility near the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant in Louisville, KY. Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily terminal activity, including the loading / unloading of newly built Ford vehicles onto railcars and coordination of railcar handling and readiness activities.
Coordinate and schedule daily vehicle loading/unloading operations onto autorack railcars.
Oversee railcar placement, readiness, and general railcar handling activities.
Lead, support, and motivate your team while monitoring productivity and performance.
Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed consistently.
Communicate with customers and partners to support vehicle flow and railcar availability.
Maintain accurate inventory control and vehicle security.
Assign daily duties and manage staffing levels.
Work closely with terminal leadership to improve operational efficiency and processes.
