PRS Auto is growing, and we are excited to welcome a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations to our close knit team at the TDSI CSX rail terminal in Louisville. This is more than a job. Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Individuals with experience in warehousing, automotive services, mechanical operations, or team leadership who are ready to grow with a company that values its people and promotes from within.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily vehicle unloading from railcars.
• Oversee and manage railcar maintenance activities to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
• Lead, support, and motivate your team while monitoring productivity and performance.
• Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed consistently.
• Communicate with customers and assist with equipment availability and planning.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and vehicle security.
• Assign daily duties and manage staffing levels.
• Work closely with terminal leadership to identify opportunities to improve operations and maintenance processes.
