Supervisor of Rail Terminal Operations
About The Position
PRS Auto is hiring a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations to join their team at the TDSI/CSX rail terminal in Nashville. In this role, you will oversee the unloading of brand-new automobiles from railcars. No prior experience is needed as all necessary training will be provided. The starting pay is commensurate with experience and will be discussed during the interview process. As a Rail Terminal Supervisor, you will coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations, lead a team, prioritize safety and efficiency, and ensure vehicles are unloaded and placed accurately.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- No felonies or open court cases.
- Background check covering 7 years.
- Availability to work 24/7 depending on client and demand.
- Social Security card required.
- Flexibility in hours.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in warehousing, automotive, or management.
