Provide support to the Manager of Patient Services, as well as workflow/productivity evaluation and supervision of team members. This role is responsible for directly supervising a team of exempt and/or non-exempt employees, including setting targets and expectations, reviewing timecards, and conducting performance evaluations and coaching for a maximum of 10 FTEs. The Supervisor will also review staff messaging and Epic pools to ensure timely work completion, monitor email communications, and step in for FFT communications/delivery slip concerns. They will troubleshoot workflow questions, review the PA log activity report weekly, and report gaps. Additionally, the role involves evaluating TelemetryRx completion, arranging for backup, observing and evaluating workflows, providing feedback, and assisting with weekly staff meeting agendas and new rollout kick-off calls. Promoting collaboration between various team members is key, as is evaluating, recommending, and implementing process and workflow changes under the direction of the MPS. A weekly review of Telemetry lists and follow-up with the team on opportunities for positive patient interactions and workflow improvements is also required. The Supervisor will also assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting required information for access and following up on access requests and IT issues. A supportive role in clinic training is also part of the responsibilities.
