The Patient Services Supervisor, under the direction of the Regional Patient Services Manager, ensures that the daily work of the Patient Services Centers (PSCs) and In-office Patient Services Technician (IOPSTs) are completed accurately and on time. This role maintains a safe and professional environment for patients, clients, and employees by supervising and monitoring Phlebotomist activities on a regular basis, ensuring compliance with all PathGroup policies and procedures.
