The Supervisor of Fleet Maintenance is a frontline leadership role responsible for the day-to-day execution of shop activities to maximize fleet uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance. This includes work planning and scheduling, technician supervision, quality control, PM program execution, parts and cost management, and ensuring the integrity of maintenance documentation. The role ensures all refuse collection vehicles are maintained according to OEM standards, company policies, and FMCSA/DOT requirements, ultimately delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective fleet performance to Operations.
