This role involves overseeing electrical installation projects from the initial order entry through to the final electrical installation certificate. The Supervisor will participate in the creation of electrical installation schedules and work planning in collaboration with their superior and the Mechanical Installation Coordinator. They will ensure timely delivery of electrical components to the site by following up with the electrical shipment lead and Project Manager. A key responsibility is understanding the tender specifications for electrical subcontractors and ensuring adherence to technical installation specifications, including client-provided authorizations, local/international standards, and site-specific safety regulations. The Supervisor will daily oversee electrical work across various projects, addressing queries, enforcing tender terms, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions to ensure subcontractor schedule compliance. Participation in site meetings, both in-person and remote, is expected. This role also includes managing, negotiating, and approving extraction requests from subcontractors, clients, and electrical project managers. Additional duties involve performing electrical installation tasks like wiring electrical panels and participating in electro-mechanical start-up tests. The Supervisor will provide technical guidance to the electrician team, offer internal technical support for electrical installations, and contribute to improving future installations. All other duties as assigned by direct management and associates are also part of the role.
