About The Position
Professional Services Group is hiring a Supervisor to lead a new team of Case Managers in the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program in Dane County. The program provides access to and funding for supportive services for youth with physical, developmental, or mental health disabilities and their families, helping children remain safely in a home or community setting. The Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision of the team and supports the program's case management, quality assurance, and operational needs. The position is based in Madison, Wisconsin, and requires on-site availability, with some flexibility for hybrid scheduling depending on program needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules. The annual salary is $66,000–$69,000.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Three years of prior experience working with at-risk youth and families with multiple issues.
- Reliable transportation on a daily basis.
- Valid driver's license.
- Automobile insurance.
Responsibilities
- Guide staff in developing client assessments, service plans, and case notes, and review and approve final documents.
- Assist with incoming referrals, assignments, and monitoring caseloads and workload.
- Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline program staff.
- Monitor the program budget.
- Monitor files, documentation deadlines, billing units, productivity, service authorizations, and billing claims.
- Ensure quality assurance through file reviews.
- Review billing units for accuracy and help correct rejected billing claims.
- Safely transport clients as needed.
- Act as a resource for case managers in client emergency and crisis situations.
