About The Position
Professional Services Group is hiring a Supervisor to lead a new team of Case Managers in its expanding Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) program in Dane County. The CLTS Waiver Program provides access to funding for supportive services for youth and families affected by physical, developmental, or mental health disabilities. The program helps fund services that enable children to remain safely in a home or community setting. The Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision to the Case Manager team. The position is based in Madison, Wisconsin. The Supervisor must be available to work on-site, with some flexibility for hybrid scheduling depending on program needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules. The listed annual salary is $66,000–$69,000.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Three years of prior experience working with at-risk youth and families with multiple issues.
- Reliable transportation on a daily basis.
- Valid driver's license.
- Automobile insurance.
Responsibilities
- Guide staff in developing client assessments, service plans, and case notes, and review and approve final documents.
- Assist with incoming referrals, assignments, and monitoring caseloads and workload.
- Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline program staff.
- Monitor the program budget.
- Monitor files, documentation deadlines, billing units, productivity, service authorizations, and billing claims.
- Ensure quality assurance through file reviews.
- Review billing units for accuracy and assist in correcting rejected billing claims.
- Safely transport clients as needed.
- Serve as a resource for case managers in client emergency and crisis situations.
