The Supervisor-Nutrition Services is responsible for the supervision of employees in various areas of Nutritional Services, including cafeteria, production, patient meal service, tray line, dish room, catering, and Diet Offices. This role ensures that food production, food service, and diet office operations adhere to established policies and procedures. The Supervisor monitors the timeliness and accuracy of menu selection, food quality, and sanitation and safety procedures. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, assisting with employee performance evaluations, managing human resource functions, time and attendance, and staff scheduling. Performs other duties as assigned.
