About The Position
The Supervisor, Modular ensures production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintains quality standards, and drives team performance to support Accelevation’s growth. The role supervises and coordinates production workers, monitors production schedules and inventory, supports staff development, ensures safety and policy compliance, and works with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality standards.
- Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency.
