This role focuses on understanding applicable Management System policies and their impact on product quality and customer satisfaction, as well as safety and environmental guidelines and criteria. The position requires the ability to interpret operational procedures related to the operation and/or maintenance of equipment/tools. There is an orientation towards meeting operational goals and complying with current regulations defined in the safety and risk prevention system and the quality management system. Specific aspects include, when required for the position, knowledge, understanding, handling, and care of measurement, inspection, and testing equipment. Knowledge and understanding of acceptance and rejection criteria are also necessary when required for the position. Requirements include participation in On The Job Training defined for the position, a willingness to participate in training programs, safety, and technical courses provided by the company, and responsibility to comply with the labor contract, internal work regulations, and internal company standards. Availability to work rotating shifts may be required.
